Karin Housley founded Karin Housley Homes in 2003 and has been consistently a Top Salesperson in the Twin Cities market. Karin’s mastery of the St. Croix Valley and East Metro is clear, yet she never stops striving for new knowledge. Karin constantly has her thumb on the pulse of the community, from new developments, school boundaries affecting communities, new and established area businesses, city ordinances and the Scenic St. Croix River protections. Karin attends Washington County meetings and the area's city council meetings to keep up on the future of our growing east metro. Karin prides herself on a deeper level of community knowledge as it affects our real estate market. Karin has received many industry awards for her hard work, dedication and success in the real estate market, but a satisfied client is always her main goal and accomplishment. In addition to Karin's extensive knowledge, she is heavily involved in the community. From her volunteer work at numerous non-profits and memberships to local chambers and rotaries, Karin is "everywhere." She will often be seen at high school sporting events to Minnesota Wild, Twins and Vikings games. She attends numerous fundraising events in the community and sponsors many, many more. The number one topic of conversation when out and about is, "How's the Real Estate Market?" Karin has local real estate statistics on the tip of her tongue and loves spreading the word of new listings, developments and current sales. Karin and her husband (Phil) were born and raised in South Saint Paul, and raised their own family in the Stillwater School District. Karin proudly represents Senate District 39 in the Minnesota State Senate which only strengthens her understanding and knowledge of the community.
